Cancelling an Order

Most orders ship within 24-48 hours. Please call us immediately if you should choose to cancel your order. We promise to make every effort to cancel your order before it ships.

If we are unable to cancel an item before it ships, it will be subject to our standard return policy. Custom configured or built-to-order products may incur a cancellation fee varying by product.

We will confirm all cancellations submitted to us, whether successful or not, via e-mail or by phone.

Undelivered Items

At times we observe that the attempt to deliver the items by our courier fails due to various reasons like "DOOR LOCKED" etc. In these cases each courier has different policies and they try certain number of times and if failed they return the shipment to us and charges for returning courier is paid by us.

Refunds for undelivered items are processed as below;

  • We need a email from you with your bank details for NEFT transfer of the refund amount. Alternatively, you can specify the option of store credit.
  • You will be refunded the total amount paid minus 10% restocking fee minus two way shipping charges.

New and Unused Products

Items can be exchanged or refunded within 3 days of receipt, if parts are unused and complete with all unopened packaging. Please send an email before shipment and send us shipment details so that we are prepared to receive your item. You shall bear the shipping expenses to us and ensure that the items are properly packed.

Upon receipt of the items, and once we are satisfied that the products are unused we will provide store credits or refund as per your choice. You will be refunded the invoice amount for the items minus 10% of the invoice amount. The shipping charges and Taxes paid will not be refunded. Also, If you have received free shipping on your order and returning it, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.

If in doubt please get it confirmed how much will be the refund, before returning the product to us.

Defective Products

We guarantee that the products sold are first sale, brand new and unused. However, since we are resellers, we will not be able to ensure that all the products are defect free.

If you receive an item from us that is defective within 48 Hours of receipt of the product (never worked), then the item is eligible for warranty coverage or replacement. You shall return the products before asking for replacement from us. Upon verification of the returned products for manufacturing defect, at our discretion, we will ship a replacement product. ANY CLAIM AFTER  48 HOURS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Please note that the printed cirucit boards are highly sensitive and delicate and any improper use will result in damage to the circuits. It may be on the first use and your claim as never used is not accepted.

Warranty Service

Items that are damaged through normal use or improper use are not covered under warranty, regardless of the duration of time the product was used for.

How to return products:

  1. All parts must be shipped back in its original packing. Be sure to include a copy of your original receipt or packing slip showing what you paid for the items (a printout of your order confirmation email works too)
  2. We recommend using reliable Courier service with Delivery Confirmation (keep the tracking number and inform us) so we can be sure of the status of your package. Ship your package to the following address:

  3. As long as your returned parts are unused, and are in unopened packaging we will credit your account (from which the order was placed)  within three business days and this credit amount can be used to buy other products from our store.
  4. Alternatively, upon your request, we can arrange to deposit/transfer the money to your Bank account within three days.
    "*Please do not contact us to check on the status of your return unless this three days period has passed after receipt.*"

You will be charged for any missing parts, damage to any of the parts including dents, cracks etc.

Notes about All New and Warranty Returns

  1. We charge 10% as restocking fee for returns or exchanges. Also, shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and can not be refunded. If you have received free shipping on your order and return it, the actual cost of shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount.
  2. Items with damaged, opened or missing parts or packaging do not qualify for a return as new and will not be refunded unless they qualify for warranty service.
  3. Additional fees may apply to items returned after 7days. We reserve the right to refuse returns on products returned after 15 days; contact us first.
  4. We are not liable for any personal or property damage caused by the use or misuse of any product or service we manufacture or sell. This exclusion applies, but is not limited to, the following items:
    • Incidental and consequential damages, property damage or personal injury damages
    • Labor, transportation or other incidental or consequential charges
    • Storage or rental-car charges
    Further, each of the following is excluded from this Warranty Agreement:
    • Parts altered, modified, or used in unintended applications
    • Damage from misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs or maintenance (including consequential damage)
    • Labor, including diagnostic charges to determine failure and to remove or replace warranted parts
    • Normal wear and tear
